Connect your own Zoom account to Relay.
Relay Meetings lets each authorized user schedule meetings with their own Zoom account and bring their own cloud recordings and transcripts into their private Relay meeting workspace.
Add Relay Meetings
- Sign in to Relay with your work account.
- Open workspace setup or the Meetings scheduler and choose Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to the Zoom account you use for work and review the requested permissions.
- Choose Allow. Zoom returns you to Relay and shows the connected account.
Use the integration
When you create a Relay booking page with Zoom as the meeting location, Relay creates the meeting in the connected host’s Zoom account. Booking pages remain personal unless the owner explicitly adds teammates as co-hosts.
When Zoom finishes an authorized cloud recording or transcript, Relay can place those files in the connected host’s meeting library. Relay matches the Zoom host to the individual Relay user so recordings are not placed in another employee’s workspace.
Permissions Relay requests
- Read the connected user’s basic Zoom profile so Relay can identify the correct account.
- Create meetings for the connected user when their booking page is used.
- Read the connected user’s cloud recording files and completed meeting transcripts.
Relay does not request administrator-wide access. Each user authorizes their own Zoom account.
Remove Relay Meetings
- Open the Zoom App Marketplace and sign in.
- Open Manage, then Added Apps.
- Select Relay Meetings and choose Remove.
Removing the Zoom app stops future Zoom access and event delivery. It does not automatically delete meeting records that were previously imported into Relay. An organization administrator can request deletion under the Relay privacy notice.
